1. Parties and subject
This offer is addressed to users of Gazelo for iPhone and iPad and its companion script library for Mac. The operator and offering party is Individual Entrepreneur Hanna Drabysheuskaya, Georgian identification number 305652889, address: Georgia, Tbilisi, Vake District, Besarion Zhgenti Street, N 49, Floor 1, Apartment N 20, email: saveo.info@gmail.com.
The operator grants the user the right to install and use the app as a software tool to create and store scripts, read them with scrolling, and optionally match spoken words to the text. The first 10 minutes of active teleprompter use are free. After that limit is used, continued scrolling requires a weekly or yearly subscription or a one-time lifetime purchase through the App Store.
2. Acceptance
Users can review this offer before using the app. Installing and using the app after reviewing this offer means the user agrees to its terms. If the user does not agree, they must stop using and delete the app.
3. Price and term
The user receives a total of 10 free minutes of teleprompter use on a device. Time is counted while Play mode is active, including while voice mode listens for speech; paused time is not counted. After the limit is used, further scrolling is available with a Gazelo weekly or yearly auto-renewable subscription or a one-time lifetime purchase. The App Store shows the full price of the selected plan in the user’s storefront currency before purchase confirmation.
The subscription is purchased and billed through Apple StoreKit using the user’s Apple Account. Weekly and yearly subscriptions automatically renew for the selected period at the current price until the user cancels it in Apple Account subscription settings. Subscription management and cancellation are available through the Apple Account; access through an already-paid period is governed by Apple’s terms and applicable law. Apple processes payment information; the operator does not receive it. Subscriptions and lifetime purchases can be restored in the app on the user’s devices signed in with the same Apple Account. Lifetime access requires a single payment without automatic renewal. A lifetime purchase does not cancel an existing Apple subscription; its renewal must be turned off separately in Apple Account subscription settings.
Installing the app through the App Store is also subject to Apple’s separate terms. App features unrelated to teleprompter scrolling do not require a subscription.
The operator grants a simple, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the app for the user’s personal or internal business purposes on Apple devices the user is authorized to use. The user may not transfer the app to third parties, distribute copies, rent the app, bypass technical restrictions, or use the app unlawfully or in a way that violates another person’s rights.
The license remains in effect while the user complies with this offer and the app is available for the user’s device. The user may stop using the app at any time by deleting it. The operator may discontinue support for the app or some of its features as permitted by law and the distribution platform’s terms.
4. User scripts and iCloud
Users retain their rights in scripts they create and are responsible for the lawfulness of text they enter or import, including compliance with copyright and other people’s privacy rights.
The operator does not publish scripts or receive them on its own server. The app stores the library locally and may sync it through the user’s private CloudKit database associated with their Apple Account. When using this feature, the user is also subject to Apple’s terms and iCloud settings. Voice scrolling uses Apple system services; details about audio and contextual words are described in the Gazelo Privacy Policy available in the app.
5. Intellectual property
The app, its interface, name, design, and source code belong to the operator or their respective rights holders. This offer does not transfer ownership of the app to the user. The user retains rights to their own scripts. The user grants the operator only a limited permission to technically process scripts to the extent needed to provide app features and any selected sync or voice-recognition function.
6. App operation and limitations
Sync depends on the user’s Apple Account, iCloud availability, network, and system configuration. Speech recognition depends on the device, language, operating system version, availability of speech resources, and recording conditions. Recognition may contain errors; the app does not guarantee that scrolling will match speech without delay or error.
Picture in Picture, including window display and size, depends on device support and iOS behavior. This offer does not guarantee PiP in every system configuration. Users should check the text before presenting and must not rely on the app for automatic recording or medical, legal, or other professional assessment.
Users are encouraged to keep a separate copy of important scripts. The operator cannot access a user’s private CloudKit database or restore a script deleted by the user or lost because of a device, Apple Account, or iCloud issue.
7. Liability and mandatory rights
The parties are liable to the extent required by applicable law. Nothing in this offer excludes or limits consumer rights or operator liability where such a limitation is prohibited by law. If a term is invalid, the remaining terms continue to apply if they can operate independently.
8. Changes and contact
The operator may update this offer when the app or legal requirements change. The new version is published on the Gazelo Public Offer page. Changes do not remove rights granted to users by mandatory applicable law.
